It's quilt time again............

Yup, back with the quilts........

This one too caught my eye, as it truly looked like an old quilt.....of course it is brand new, but again scrappy, and a sampler. I have never made a sampler quilt...........The first quilt I ever started was a sampler quilt........have some of the blocks done.........I don't even like the material I chose now, but I can't seem to quite get up the backbone to either give the blocks away to someone else.........or just donate to a guild either.........sigh.........you know, it's my first attempt and also in the "someday I will work on this" list............I should take pictures of them and show you.........of course none of the blocks are the same size..........remember it was my first attempt.........I drift, I float, I go down memory lane......................

I was just in awe, all of the points matched, especially on the mariners (?) can't remember the last part of the block's name.........sigh.....the one in the middle and on the comers........it is suppose to be a much more advanced block.........trust me, I have never attempted it.........

Holy mackanolie........see all those little triangle blocks.........again, all done correctly and matching up..........if I were to join a guild ever again, I think I would be the token member of this guild......these ladies are good!

Now I am going to show you what the little house look like when the gentleman brings them in.........it just amazes me........by next summer this will look so cute and charming..............

I've seen this quilt done up before, but in red, whites and creams, so seeing this color scheme made it look totally different..........wouldn't this look good hanging in a babies room?

The work that went into this one..........I am not a big cat lover........they are ok, but the two on this quilt.......well they were just neat.........some people (like me) saw them right away, others had to look for them............

Now these are the steps of one of the shops.........I shop here for little presents.........they have GORGEOUS things..........but tucked here and there are little things that I can afford.........I sent my daughter things from here when she was in Iraq.........and purchased items for her staff's birthday and Christmas here too..........now for the life of me, I can't remember the name.......but it will come to me and I will share it then..........

Oh my goodness, you better make an eye appointment..........your eyes are all blurry!!!!!!

They sell these wonderful lawn ornaments..........quite a bit more price wise, than our local "discount or $$ store", but they seem to be put together to last longer too...........would love to buy a turkey for our lawn.

Well shall wander back to my life and see what is going on, it was fun looking at this bunch again......

Will post some more after Thanksgiving.......Friday and Saturday...........so if you are enjoying this little show, tune in again.........tee hee.
