When life gets you down - just put on your big girl panties and deal with it.

I like that saying.....I have it hanging in my bathroom. I spent to many years letting life happen, I still have a tendency to let that happen, but I am getting better about putting my .02 in, or not giving an opinion if I don't want to..........not being selfish, just trying to participate in my own way once in awhile.

Let your greatest fear be that there is no PMS and this is just your personality.

So I don't have to deal with Mother Nature any more, but I don't care what any doctor has to share or quote, I still think women go through a little bit of, hmmmmm, stronger reactions to everyday events, certain times of the calendar. It's my thought and I am not going to change my mind......amen.

Now I am not a "get angry" type person........most of my family wishes I were.........nope I hold things in.........not good! But now watch out, I can pout better than a 2 year old..........oh and I am going to start traveling and giving seminars on: Whining 101. People are teaching their children not to whine and it could become a lost art.......so I will take on this responsibility, so the government doesn't have to put it on an endangered emotions list.

I actually have learned this one...........no excuses, just keep quiet, take the tongue lashing and then go to your bedroom and plot. Sometimes I actually learn from my mistakes......truly I do......it's just that so many people seem to eager to point them out to me, that I start to wonder if I do much right.........

You know I believe that, I do.......a smile, a good laugh or giggle, a small touch of a hand on your arm.........these things do count and can make such a difference...........
